Small Group Sessions
Do you love working out with a friend? If so, gather some friends with similar workout goals and create a small group workout. These sessions provide a more social atmosphere while still keeping your goals at the forefront of the planning process. Groups need to include 3-5 people who are willing to work together to achieve good wellness practices.
Sorority House Sessions
Greek life + Fit life = BEST LIFE!!!! Let’s pack the sorority house full of ladies who want to get their fitness on! We’ll crank up the music, get sweaty and turn your sorority house into THE place to get fit! Grab your sisters and make plans to have in-house workouts soon!
